How do we get a project started?
From the very start, your project is a collaborative effort. We want you to come to us with your list of needs, ideas and dreams. You don’t need to have everything figured out at the start. In fact, we would rather that you come with an open mind so that our expert designers can offer you ideas not only about materials but also about the design that fits your project the best. We will worry about all of the details and work with you to come up with creative solutions for your particular situation—helping you to reach your goals and meet your budget.
What about costs?
Costs on any project are largely driven by your choices in layout, cabinetry and materials. Fortunately, we have extensive selections and design creativity to work within your budget. We are told over and over that our prices are very competitive and that our service is incomparable.
How do you ensure that the project is completed on time and to customer satisfaction?
Our top priority is you and your home. Our design and installation processes are all about getting the details right from start to finish. When we meet with you, we guide you in making all of the necessary selections and detail them in a written work plan before anything is ordered. Once ordered, we will track the items as they arrive and store all of the materials in preparation for installation. Your project is scheduled to begin once your cabinets have arrived. As owners of the business, we are in constant contact with the installation crew to make sure things progress smoothly as planned.
Must I purchase all the materials and appliances through your company?
You may think that supplying your own materials will save money, but the quality of the product needs to be considered. When we handle the project, we make sure that all of the items are ready and complete. In addition to fine cabinetry, we can assist you with cabinet hardware, flooring, plumbing and lighting fixtures, organizing systems, and many other details. However, we are also happy to use items that you purchased on your own.
Must I use only your subcontractors?
Frankly, it is a good idea to have your cabinetry installed by the same party who designed your project because they will be familiar with all of the details. Nevertheless, you may choose to personally do some portion(s) of the work, or use your own trades people for all or part of the project. If you or they need clarification about the plan, we can provide the necessary information.
