We chose Cabinetry by Better Bilt based on its excellent Google reviews and we were not disappointed. Their well appointed show room allowed us to view cabinet styles and finishes. Samples of countertop stone and flooring were ordered so we could see exactly what we were getting. Our designer, Devon, listened to what we wanted and produced a design that had all our requirements plus some excellent suggestions for added cabinet features. We went with the contractor Devon recommended, Loyalty Contracting, and they were outstanding. From tear out to completion our kitchen project only took 5 weeks. We love our new kitchen and would definitely work with Cabinetry by Better Bilt again.

It took me 25 years to do something with my 1936 kitchen. I didn't have a clue where to begin. I loved the sweetness of it and the hand made quality. It lacked function and was showing it's ware, an understatement. A good friend recommended Devon at Better Built. The fact that they are a woman owned and in Mount Clemens was a deciding factor. I didn't shop around. I wanted all local businesses and materials as best I could.
I say that as a precursor because it was important to me to honor the history of my home in recreating a large part of it.
Designer Devon understood. She came to my home to learn more and to capture the kitchen's essence - it's sweetness.
She was patient - working through several edited layouts, and looking through my large volume of inspirational photos.
When I needed more visual reference, she did that too. Green frog tape to show where the new layout would be, ensuring function to maximize the space.
She helped source every detail.
The beautiful quartz countertops were made less than 2 miles from my home; she found hand glazed porcelain tiles; designed two tall replacement built ins - the linen closet and pantry whose brick chimney wall meant asking the contractor to build it onsite.
She even color coded a hardware map as I chose different styles to mimic some of its original feel.
She put me in the hands of the most capable contractor who was invested in honoring this home's history as well, complete with no square plumbed wall or floor. He said "yes" to my crazy idea to open up a section of the ceiling to the attic where a window was waiting to be exposed and let the light shine in. Sean and his team took great care of my home throughout and were a lot of fun to work with.
I'm writing this post on Thanksgiving. I am grateful for Devon Moore of Cabinets by Better Bilt, Sean of Loyalty Contracting, and all those whom played a role in creating my beautiful kitchen. I will enjoy it for years to come.-Mount Clemens Residents
CBBB was the perfect choice for our family! I cannot speak more highly of the beautiful design and incredible care CBBB provided my family for our bathroom renovation and closet build-out. We were fortunate enough to work with Devon as our designer, and she was amazing! I am also so appreciative of the effort Devon took to make the renovation as budget-friendly as possible. I feel like we got a quality renovation for a reasonable price.
Our primary bathroom renovation was a complete gut job, including moving plumbing, and rethinking the functionality of the space. We had a few ideas of our own that were honored by Devon, AND she consistently gave us multiple options, advice from her experience, and validation for the things we were wavering through. My husband and I are not aesthetic people by nature, and our "ideas" for the design were vague and lacked cohesion. Devon listened to us, asked many questions, and used her magic. In the showroom, she found the PERFECT mix of materials. I remember when she found our bathroom tile, I was almost in tears because I never even thought something like that existed! We could not have imagined a more beautiful space.
The closet build-out was originally set for one location, and we changed it within the first month of working with Devon. Without skipping a beat, she re-imagined another area's potential with ease. I even had a few unique desires for the closet, and she made them happen - something I was so thankful for!
One year later, I am STILL amazed walking into our beautiful bathroom and walk-in closet. I am so grateful to CBBB and specifically, to Devon for her tireless effort making our dreams come true for our space.

Started my remodel with Andrea, she came over measured and offered some suggestions for kitchen, pantries a coffee bar..(LOVE)
Went to the showroom to choose cabinets style and colors and finish, also the counter top and flooring and backsplash! ( so FUN) oh the hardware too.. don’t forget those little jewels!
Andrea placed order, everything was delivered to my home.. I did use a in house contractor, Nick is amazing!

I am an interior designer and love working with Better Bilt Cabinetry for my kitchens and bathrooms. Andrea and Devon are incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented, and they provide excellent service. Most importantly, the cabinets are beautiful. You can choose from many colors and door styles. I really like the accessories you can choose from, too, such as cutlery dividers, integrated spatula/knife blocks, internal trash cabinets, etc. Highly recommend!

We recently had our 60+ year old kitchen remodeled. We worked with Andrea Yeip at Cabinetry by Better Built on the design and the cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet and hardware. We had passed by CBBB numerous times and finally we decided to stop in. Well that was the best decision we ever made. We had a few DIY bathroom projects we were working on, but needed a custom cabinet. Devon greeted us as we walked into the showroom, and what a beautiful showroom it was! Devon helped us out coming to our home and measuring for the cabinets, and paired us with Paul to hang the cabinets for us.
Fast forward to 2022 when we went to see Devon for a full remodel. We were tired of our small kitchen and wanted to open it up and have some more space for entertaining. Well one thing led to another, and we ended up remodeling our kitchen, family room, powder room, laundry room and bathroom. I thought for sure that it would take forever to make decisions on all the cabinets and finishes. Devon put together samples for us and let me tell you, it was easy to make those decisions, she has an eye for design. We are so happy with all of the colors, tile, countertops, fireplace stone and more I could go on and on!!
CBBB is a full service design company. I had no clue on what to pick out for a dining room table, family room furniture, blinds, island chairs, which they designed the biggest island for us!! We love it!! We are so happy with all of the choices that Devon helped us with.
We are so happy how everything turned out. Having family get togethers is so much fun now!!
