Owner/President
Andrea Yeip joined Cabinetry by Better Bilt in 2012 and, in June of 2018, proudly purchased the business from its original owner, becoming Owner and President. As a business owner, Andrea’s primary focus is on the overall growth, operations, and long-term success of the company, ensuring that both clients and team members have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Her leadership style is rooted in organization, accountability, and a strong commitment to the community she serves.
In addition to running Cabinetry by Better Bilt, Andrea is actively involved in volunteer work and local organizations, believing strongly in giving back and supporting the community that has supported her business over the years. Andrea lives at home with her husband, Mike, and their two children, Zach and Abby.

Interior Designer / Design Manager
Devon Moore has been with Cabinetry by Better Bilt since the summer of 2016. A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Devon brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial design. Her keen attention to detail, combined with a strong foundation in interior design and space planning, allows her to create fresh, thoughtful, and highly functional spaces for every project.
Known for her exceptional organization and genuine care for her clients, Devon builds strong relationships that enable her to clearly understand and translate each client’s vision into a finished design that exceeds expectations. She takes great pride in guiding clients through the design process with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
Devon lives with her husband Patrick, their son Finlay, and their daughter Wren.
Fun fact: Even at 20 below zero, Devon can be found with an iced coffee in hand. She’s also an avid history buff, making her especially drawn to projects with historical character and significance.
Interior Designer
Danielle Malecki joined Cabinetry by Better Bilt in December of 2022 and quickly became an essential member of our design team. She is a 2022 graduate of Wayne State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, along with minors in Digital Art & Photography and Art History—a background that strongly influences her thoughtful, detail-driven approach to design.
Danielle brings a keen eye for aesthetics, strong organizational skills, and a creative yet practical mindset to every project she touches. Her ability to visualize spaces, coordinate materials, and manage details ensures a seamless experience for both clients and the CBBB team. Known for her sunny disposition and positive energy, Danielle builds strong relationships with clients and collaborators alike.
With a passion for learning and a natural ability to adapt, Danielle continues to grow within her role while helping bring each client’s vision to life—whether through thoughtful layouts, curated finishes, or cohesive design solutions tailored to the way our clients live.
Fun Fact: Danielle is an avid crafter, and has so many supplies, she could probably start her own store!
Assistant Designer
We recently had our 60+ year old kitchen remodeled. We worked with Andrea Yeip at Cabinetry by Better Built on the design and the cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet and hardware. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The price was very competitive and Andrea was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. She was attentive to the few concerns we had and worked with us to get the kitchen we dreamed of. Everything was delivered as expected and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend!

Clemens - from planning to installation with high quality products, good prices and excellent work, they are our "go-to" for remodeling. My husband and I worked closely with Andrea in designing our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Andrea was extremely helpful, flexible, full of suggestions and creative ideas. When choosing the color for our cabinets, we couldn’t decide on the exact shade to match our existing floors, so Andrea helped us choose a custom color. You can’t find that at your big box stores. The solid wood cabinetry was custom and is striking to see - cabinets have soft close doors and drawers. We decided on stained walnut accents and custom painted cabinets. The entire process was seamless. We would definitely use Cabinets by Better Bilt in the future!
