At Cabinetry By Better Bilt, we believe that we have a talented team of designers, suppliers and craftsmen who will treat your project as if it were their own.  We pay attention to every detail, and are involved in every step of the design process, to provide our customers with quality work, complete on time, and within budget.  Our team prides themselves on assisting our customers to the best our abilities, before, during, and even after, each project.

Andrea Yeip - Owner/Interior Designer
Interior Designer and Owner Andrea Yeip joined Cabinetry by Better Bilt in 2012. In June of 2018, Andrea purchased the business from the original owner and became owner and president. A graduate of Baker College, with an Associate of Arts in Interior Design, Andrea holds a strong passion for creating the perfect space for each client she works with, as well as a level of thoroughness that is unmatched. Her experience, paired with these strong abilities allow her to ensure that not only does every single project runs smoothly, but the entire business does as well. Andrea lives at home with her husband Mike, her son Zach, and her daughter Abby. Fun fact: Andrea once tried out for Wheel of Fortune!

Devon Moore - Interior Designer/Design Manager
Interior Designer and Design Manager Devon Moore has been with Cabinetry by Better Bilt since the summer of 2016. A graduate of Michigan State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Devon brought with her many years of residential and commercial design experience. Her strong attention to detail, paired with her knowledge of interior design and space planning, allows Devon to create something new and vibrant with each project she works on. Her extreme level of organization and genuine care for every client she meets with, creates strong relationships which allow her to best interpret all of the clients’ needs for their design vision. Devon lives at home with her husband Patrick, her son Finlay, and her daughter Wren. Fun fact: It could be 20 below zero, and Devon will have a frozen coffee in her hand. She is also an avid history buff, so she’s especially partial to projects with historical ties!

Alex Sharpe - Interior Designer
Interior Designer Alex Sharpe joined Cabinetry by Better Bilt in the Spring of 2021. Alex is a graduate of Henry Ford College, with an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design. Previously working in the tile industry, he brought with him invaluable knowledge of tile and plethora of finish materials. Alex’s affinity for learning has helped him become an incredibly strong and passionate designer. His thoughtfulness to his client’s needs, attention to detail, and love of all design, enable him to create beautiful and unique spaces. Alex lives at home with his husband Richie. Fun Fact: Alex is basically a walking sugar packet, and could live off of hot Cheetos and iced coffee.

Danielle Malecki - Interior Designer
Interior Designer Danielle Malecki joined Cabinetry by Better Bilt at the end of 2022. Danielle is a 2022 graduate of Wayne State University, with a Bachelors of Fine Art in Interior Design, with a Minor in Digital Art and Photography, as well as a Minor in Art History. Although new to the field, Danielle is quickly proving that she has what it takes to be great in design. Her attention to detail and organization, her sunny disposition, as well as how fast she learns anything that is given to her, has made Danielle an integral part of our office. She is the first friendly face to greet you as soon as you enter the building. Fun Fact: Danielle is an avid crafter, and has so many supplies, she could probably start her own store!

Michael Yeip - Warehouse Supervisor
Our Warehouse Supervisor does it all! From managing our warehouse, to completing all deliveries, to installing our new showroom displays, and so much more! If you come to visit our showroom, you’re bound to see him at least once, or at your home for the delivery of your materials! Fun Fact: Not only does he put out a lot of “fires” for us here at CBBB on his off days, but he is also an actual full-time Detroit Firefighter!
